Little Things To Make Your Days Better

Maybe you have had a great week, I hope you have, but sometimes we we’re so stressful with school, work… and life, so I thought I’d talk through some little steps we can take to have a happier days.

  • Wake up 15 minutes earlier : nothing bad on gaining time without stressing.
  • Drink a really good cup of coffee (or a moroccan tea with mint  *people envy us)
  • Read more : It’s so good to loose yourself in a good book (sometimes I spend a couple of hours reading a book without noticing) and if you’re not a booker person ( I don’t think that Booker is a term in vocabulary, but let’s pretend ) magazines, internet, and awesome articles are a perfect alternative – Open yourself up to new and brighter ideas.
  • Spend time with the people you love : because in 10 years, some of us could be married with kids, some of us could be millionaires and some of us could be dead – so enjoy this moment.
  • Do more of what makes you happy : let’s ask ourselves : what do I really need to be happy ? Maybe : Throw a paper airplane ( who knows ), or buy a good pair of shoes, eat dark chocolate or do things that make your parents proud …
  • Don’t always rely on your memory … write things down.
  • Stay positive because it’s time to start living.
