Mint tea call: How to eliminate stress

We can all have that time of the day when we are all stressed with school, work, or even with friends/family… and despite that, we all have some tips and tricks to avoid that or to calm the area down, so I thought I’d share some of mine with you today.

Flowers: I love having flowers anywhere at home, it sends like love energy, it brings some new elements to your house, and connect you with nature. And I guess that plants in general bring happiness and kindness to your home and make you feel good.

Music: It’s another form of energy and another vibration, its gets you change your mood (am not talking about some sad music that brings all your emotion back again); If you’re working in a highly stressful environment, I recommend you some sort of peaceful and classic music around, and it will easily calm the whole environment around you, definitely try it out, because we all know that music can change the whole look and mood of your day.

Tea: I am actually a coffee person, especially in the morning, but having nice couple cups of mint tea in the evening will calm you down, I mean it just makes you happier.

Aroma Therapy: in this case, I usually try some diffuser, like mixing water with some essential oil(most of the time, I try citrus or amber oil), so it makes your home or your room smells more natural and refreshing, it's purifying to me. Just check it out and give it a try.

A shower: Taking a long bath when you get home will always be your remade, you can try to make your own spa at home with candles and new body shower… I believe that a shower can change your whole mood and bring some thoughts.

What about you? How do you de stress?

Buffalo Soldier

Hello, hope you’re having a good and sunny day.
As you can see from the title, this look is inspired by the military trend (boyish style? Yes), which means the cargo pants.
From the first second I saw them in Zara store, it was like a chemical love feeling between us (I guess I have to stop watching romance movies), but I mean it fits you right, so comfortable and so stylish….
And so, to complete the look, I paired them with my black boots and my biker jacket.
I hope you like it!!
PS : other than that, you will find Bob Marley’s Buffalo soldier song, I am sure you will like it.

Mint Tea Call: 7 Key pieces for every girl

Source

I think that there are some pieces every girl should own, not because they are available for every budget, but also they are the key pieces for any season, and be paired with different outfits.

  1. Basic T-shirts: you can always use basic t-shirts to rescue you when you don’t know what to wear; I mean you can wear a leather skirt with a basic black V-neck, or some jeans and a pair of black boots.
  2. Cardigan: a non-button up cardigan will look so beautiful with blouses and dresses, and will always be your go-to piece in the morning when you feel you’re late to work or school.
  3. A button up shirt: If you are in college, you will have a lot of presentations, meetings and speeches in front of your class, so you have to look so dressed up and give a good attire to let people take you (at least) seriously, so having a button up shirt, no matter what color it looks, it will let you feel comfortable and put together, you can mix it with a pencil skirt, or a black trousers (classic).
  4. Jeans: A dark wash skinny jeans will be the best advice for you, it will fit you well, chunk on your boots (and also make you feel a bit skinny) .
  5. A flat pair of shoes (ballet flat): it will be your key for a casual/comfortable or smart outfit, and as long as you run around the city or between meetings, your feet will thank you later.
  6. A good black bag: Not only the one that you can wear it in a day outfit, but also on a night out, it makes you save money though for not buying much more (I know we can never have enough bags), but sometimes we have to think a bit about purchasing.
  7. A leather black jacket: A nice biker black jacket is my favorite part in my wardrobe (Am I wearing it in every single outfit in my blog? Dunno, but we will live happily ever after), so having a good black jacket on your wardrobe will help you for every occasion and every season, even in summer, you can thrown on over a dress for a night out.

"the" Mens Shirt

Just a quick outfit post about things you can wear basically everyday, shirt pants shoes and voila… Okay no, I’ll explain more about it.
The only good thing about having a brother, is stealing his shirts (no not the only thing, you know that I heart you bro in case you’re stopping by), and I was stealing his button-downs shirts for ages, and still completely obsessed with, like this Timberland one, but the thing is, mens button-downs shirts are so fluffy and so confortable, which means that you can mix them with your feminine wardrobe, and you’ll get the look.
And you know, am still obsessed with leather pants as ever, but the city is getting sunnier and hotter so I will have to forget them for a while now.

Le Trench

Le trench // The trench coat has been always the perfect piece for a classic shape, and you can style it however you want it, like adding sneakers and play it cool, or you can wear it with suede heels and feel like you’re running across Stockholm streets. I mean it goes with everything you have in your closet.
As you can see in my outfit, I tried one of my favorite boyfriend jeans, not for feeling comfortable which is the case obviously, but not showing that “so classy classic” thing in my outfit.
